You may request deletion of your ActiveChef account and associated personal information at any time.

You can delete your account using one of the following methods:

If available, you may delete your account directly within the ActiveChef mobile application by navigating to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

If in-app deletion is not available, you can request account deletion by emailing:

Please include:

• The email address associated with your ActiveChef account
• A clear request to delete your account

Once your request is verified:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• Personal data associated with your account will be removed or anonymised
• Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
