• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant app store provider

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:

• Using the in-app account deletion feature (when available), or

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

All content, branding, trademarks, and software associated with ActiveChef are owned by or licensed to ActiveChef Pty Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActiveChef is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business
• Issues arising from reliance on recipes or meal suggestions

Your use of ActiveChef is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of ActiveChef after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
